JR Pazo is a VSO (Veteran Service Officer) stationed in David. He discusses the history of the Health Care Alliance (HCA) in Panama, the Panama Veterans Alliance, and the benefits available to US military veterans through the Foreign Medical Program (FMP) of the Veterans Administration. Veterans Service Officers (VSOs) assist veterans in gaining access to these benefits.
