Sometimes, by birth a child’s urine problems occurs as valves are always full, his urethra is crooked, he urinates on bed on the age of 07/08 years. These problems are resolved by Urologist if there is problem in urine flow due to prostrate, it is also a case of Urologist. If there becomes tumor in kidney or blood through kidney , stones, urinary obstruction increase in prostrate, swelling of kidneys, all matters relate to Urologist. We can make our kidney healthy and strong by adopting such measures like; we should lift all kind of burden which is diabetes Miletus, hypertension and fat because organ that are placed in our body according our height but if someone put double weight on these organs, in this way kidneys become out of order. Blood pressure, sugar must be normal. Don’t use heavy dose, avoid to use pain killers except doctor’s advice and always consult with doctors. Must avoid from un-necessary drugs. One should use simple anargecies, non-steroid fliminitry drugs like fenac, iboprofin can create hurdle in smooth process of filtration. Every year do check up of kidneys, do urine test, ultrasound, urea creatine by adopting such practice patient will be able save kidney from disease.
Diet should be used according to function of kidneys. A normal person can take all kind of diet, if his kidneys are working properly. He can eat all things but he should keep in mind that over eating is injurious to health, must take diet as per weight which may not increase his weight. Normally people are facing fat, increasing weight; the main cause is change of life style. Automation has come, pedestrian is now on cycle, cyclist is on motor bike while a person who has motor bike is using car. Man do not walk even in his house. For example, mobile phone is in his pocket, he receives call. Remote of television is in hands he does not move to switch on tv. Physical activity is very important for health. Fat is inacceptable, Miletus diabetes and hypertension must be controlled. Treatment of stone in right time, should avoid from high protein diet like brain (marrow), liver organ meat which increase uric acid and stone. Patient should use fruits and vegetables rather than meat. If kidneys are very weak at stage 3 / 4, doctor advises to use fruit and to minimize milk, lassi, phosphors food should be decreased. If kidney is weak, potassium increases, patient should avoid to take such fruits like banana, date, melon, tomatoes, potatoes, orange etc which are full of potassium. Diet should be moderate as per need, over eating should not done it should be fresh, marinated meat like in burgers should be avoided which is stored already. Ratio of protein should be minimized because it creates urea and critinine which is burden on kidney.
If kidneys are working well 100%, two types of tests are conducted urea and creatinine, through creatinine we come to know function of kidney. If creatinen is low from 1.00 miligram then your kidneys are working well if it increases to 2.00 miligram kidneys are working 50%, if it leads to 4.00 , it means kidneys are working 25%, if cretinine is 5:00 miligram then it kidney works only 20%. Stages are allocated for treatment of kidney, if kidneys are working properly, but there is sist, stone, protein we say it CKD-1 and kidney is working 90% or more but there is problem in kidney, if it is around 60% to 90% we say it CKD-2, if it is 60% to 30% we call it CKD-3 and 30% to 15% it is called CKD-4, if it goes to 15% and below it, we say it last stage which is CKD-5 which requires dialysis or transplant.
