Legendary Dragon is Kazuma Kiryu from the Yakuza series, he is the protagonist the original 2 Yakuza games, the remakes of the original, Kiwami 1 & 2, he also is the protagonist of Yakuza 0, 3, 4, and 5. Kazuma plays a supporting role in the game Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
He also is in the spinoff title, "Yakuza: Dead Souls"

Being the Fact that he's the Fourth Chairman in the Tojo Clan and the Dragon of Dojima, it's no surprise that he would be very tough to beat!
