Since the original video vanished from the intertubes: Here is a bit of Steve Gadd Nostalgia, featuring the U.S. Army Field Band with a version of Cissy Strut from around 1970.
This is the oldest Video recording of Dr. Gadd that I know of.
Update: I removed a personal comment I made earlier about the arrangement, and would like to apologize to anybody offended by it. I think the band and arrangement are terrific.
