Well someone asked me how do I avoid all the bones when eating herring. Well Ive done this short video on how to eat herring and not get a mouth full of bones. Ive been catching herring commercially since I was 8 years old, and was taught this by my parents at a young age. Herring are out of favour with the general public, but were once a staple food for many. They are such a cheap and nutritious fish, that are very tasty and healthy.
