Bao London have been on my list for awhile now. I follow them on Instagram and I also bought their cookbook. If I would need to define what they do, the best way would probably be to say that it's Taiwanese Street Food. Obviously with Bao in the name you know at least where the focus is. I ate most of the menu and there where some positive surprises there. If you are ever in London, give Bao London a try.
