Red vaginal pimples, it is not vaginal, it’s vulval because vaginal can’t be seen by the patient. So red itchy bumps or pimples, can be allergic reaction to anything, to blades or hair removal, creams, newly worn underwears or pads or sanitary napkins, or allergic reaction to any medication which has been taken. So this has to be ruled out. Rule out the cause to find out what type of the infection she is having. It can be fungal infection, treated with antifungal creams, or it can be bacterial infection or sexually transmitted disease. So we have to find out that bacterial infection. It if has any discharge, any pain, any disparenuria, these has to be ruled out. Diagnose the cause of infection and treat with appropriate antibitoics, antifungal, antiviral tablets. So rule out allergic rash, if not infection has to be ruled out.
