“Transparency comes with the word ‘accountable.’ What data did you use to train an AI model? What are you doing with that client’s data?...If a client tells us, ‘I don't want my data going anywhere,’ any refinements made to an underlying model with that data are confined to that client…that's how you begin to engender trust.”
