How to stay warm at night on a hike - especially if you feel the cold a lot! Clothes layering is life-changing: there is no such thing as bad weather - just bad clothing! The layers consist of:
Base layer (something tight)
Mid - Insulating layer/s (something fuzzy or fluffy)
Outer - shell layer (something waterproof)
