From the episode "Eek Space 9". The only encode I could find of this episode was a European Jetix that was slightly higher pitch than usual, so I did what had to be done to fix it.

Both Mulder and Scully are voiced by their respective actors from the X Files show (David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson), and their first animated roles as the characters two years before The Simpsons.
