Eggless lamington cake recipe 💯❤️

Ever since I came back from @australia , I have been meaning to recreate this decadent cake! Let me know your thoughts :) thinking of doing a series, from my travels in general! 😁what do you think?

Ingredients-
1 cup Maida (120 g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter (60g)
3/4 cup caster sugar (170g)
1/4 cup milk (60ml)
3 Tbsp curd/yogurt (45 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Bake at 170 C for 25 mins
For chocolate dip
1/4 cup milk (60 ml)
1 Tbsp melted butter (15g)
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup icing sugar
Desiccated coconut for coating

Tips-
1. Don’t overmix the batter
2. Let the cake cool completely before cutting into squares
3. Don’t oversoak the cake cubes in the chocolate dip
4. Try to use dried desiccated coconut, I had a little wet one, otherwise mine could have looked better 😀
