Known as 'The City of a Thousand Windows', Berat is beautiful beyond words! Just a couple hours south of Tirana, you will feel like you have stepped back in time with the white washed traditional homes. If you are in Albania, make sure you don't miss visiting this gorgeous ancient city that is also very tourist friendly.
