It happens to every business owner at some point. If you use a personal credit card or debit card to pay for a business related expense, you can still add it to your QuickBooks. You just need to add a journal entry.

Once the journal entry is created to reflect both the expense or purchase and the contribution made out of your personal funds into the business, your bookkeeping is now up-to-date.

You can do this if you are managing your QuickBooks on your own or you can share with your bookkeeper that you used your personal funds to pay for a business related expenditure.
