Ingredients :
200 grams besan (Gram Flour)
1/2 tsp kalojire (Nigella Seeds)
1/2 tsp mouri (fennel seeds)
Chopped green & red chilli (3 nos)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp soaked asafoetida ( Hing) water
1 tbsp luke warm refined oil (alternatively you can use mustard oil)
25 grams chana dal ( Split Bengal grams)
Refined oil for frying (alternatively you can use mustard oil)
1/2 tsp khabar soda (baking soda)
