Fried Chicken Strips
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 250 gm
Ginger Powder 1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon
Smoked Paprika 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
Chicken Powder ½ teaspoon
Cumin Grounded ¼ teaspoons
Salt ½ teaspoon
Coating Ingredients:
Whole eggs 2 no
Flour 1 ½ Cup
Bread Crumbs 250 g
Oil for Frying as required.
Honey Mustard Sauce:
Ingredients:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Yellow Mustard 3 tablespoon
Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoon
Golden Honey 4 tablespoon
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Pepper
Smoked Paprika 1 teaspoon
Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Apple Cider Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Method:
Cut chicken breast into thin long strips. Marinade with the all above ingredients.
Coat the chicken finger in flour, than dip in the egg mixture, then rolled them in a bread crumbs.
Deep fry the chicken fingers in medium hot oil, till thy turn golden in color and are cooked properly.
Method:
Take bowl and mix all the above ingredients in a mayonnaise to make a smooth sauce.
Serve with the Chicken strips.

Banana – Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
Chilled Blue Berries 1 cup
Banana 1 Cup
Peeled Grated Ginger 1 Tablespoon
Golden Honey 2 Tablespoon
Pineapple Juice 1 cup
Ice – Cubes 3-4
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Enjoy
Butter Chicken : Punjabi Makhani Chicken
Ingredients: For the Chicken Marination:
Chicken Cubes Boneless 500g
Red Chili Powder 1 teaspoon
Red Kashmiri Chili Powder 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste 1 tablespoon
Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
Chicken Powder 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder ½ teaspoon
Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoon
Yogurt 3 Tablespoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Marinade Method:
Take Bowl add cube chicken. Add ginger and Garlic Paste, red chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, salt, Garam Masala Powder, chicken powder, lemon juice and yogurt and mix well with the chicken. Set aside for at least 30 minutes in Refrigerator.
Take out the chicken and grilled it on the pan or baked in the oven up to 90 percent.

Butter Chicken Sauce
Ingredients:
Red Plum Tomatoes 500g
Water 1 Cup 250 ml
Onion Small 1 piece
Ginger Chopped 1 piece
Garlic Cloves 8 pieces
Green Cardamom 2 pieces
Black Cardamom 1 piece
Cashew nuts 12 pieces
Salt ½ teaspoon
Butter 2 Table spoon
Method for the Makhani Sauce:
Take a pan adds water and all the above listed ingredients and cook for 20-25 minutes on a low heat and cover the pot with the lid. Once the sauce is a ready remove from the heat and takes out the bay leaf and black cardamom. Blend the mixture till smooth paste. Strain the sauce.
Now add 2 table spoon of butter in the pan and add the blended sauce in the pan. Now add the cooked chicken cubes in the sauce and let it cook for ten minutes. Garnish the butter chicken with cream 1 teaspoon and Kasturi Methi. ¼ teaspoon
