Ingredients:

¾ cup butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ cup raisins
½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars together. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.

2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and fold in raisins and chopped walnuts.

4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll dough into balls and place on a lined or greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until the sides are lightly browned.

6. Let cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy!
