A drone flight over two Irish ring forts (stone settlements), Leacanabuaile and Cahergal, Cahersiveen, County Kerry, Ireland.
It is thought that Cahergal was built around the 7th century. Leacanabuaile was possibly built slightly later, around the 9th or 10th century and is more fully excavated and restored.
The Irish word caiseal, which is pronounced in English as “cashel,” means stone fort.
