Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, recently wore a silk chiffon white shirt dress with a cascading floral pattern by Oscar de la Renta during her visit to the Children's Hospital Los Angeles on March 21. Eagle-eyed fans noted that she had previously worn the same dress during a family trip to the U.K. with her husband, Prince Harry, and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in the summer of 2022.
During their visit to the U.K., the family attended Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations, marking the first meeting between Queen Elizabeth and Princess Lilibet. The family's trip was documented in the Netflix docuseries "Harry & Meghan," which featured behind-the-scenes glimpses of Meghan wearing the Oscar de la Renta dress during their outing near Frogmore Cottage.
In one photo from the docuseries, Meghan is seen holding Prince Archie while glancing at Prince Harry, who is carrying Princess Lilibet on his shoulders. Another image shows Meghan sitting on the kitchen counter across from Prince Harry, possibly taken at Frogmore Cottage.
Meghan and Prince Harry were last in the U.K. together in September 2022 for a series of events with longstanding charities. They extended their stay following Queen Elizabeth's passing and used Frogmore Cottage as their base until March 2023, when they were requested to vacate the residence.
During her visit to Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Meghan engaged with the children by leading a Literally Healing session, reading books like "Rosie the Riveter," "Pete the Cat," and "I Saw a Cat." The event was part of the hospital's annual fundraiser, Make March Matter, which aims to support its mission of creating hope and building healthier futures.
