Orange and Banana Smoothie:
**Ingredients:**
- 1 cup cold milk.
- ½ cup cold yogurt.
- ¼ cup sugar.
- 4 ice cubes.
- 2 cold oranges.
- 1 banana.
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract.
- ⅛ teaspoon salt.
**Instructions:**
1. Chill serving glasses in the refrigerator while preparing the smoothie.
2. Peel and cut the banana into large pieces.
3. Peel the oranges and cut them into large pieces as well.
4. In a blender, combine the banana, sugar, oranges, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
5. Blend the ingredients for about 2 minutes, then add the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
6. Pour into the chilled serving glasses and serve immediately.
