White chocolate ganache is very simple to make and looks good on cake.
I make it with only 2 ingredients and making process ake around 10-15 minutes :)
Ingredients:-
White chocolate - 50 gm
Full cream - 100 ml
Method:-
1. chop white chocolate in samll pieces
2. heat full cream( do not boil)
3. add chocolate in hot cream and rest for 10 minutes
4. after 10 minutes, take a hand whisker and whisk untill get a smooth texture.
5. refrigerate 30 minutes
6. Chocolate ganache is ready :)
