Elvira Nabiullina, the Governor of the Russian Central Bank, has warned that Russia is now dangerously short of labour and that this is affecting productivity. This issue was also confirmed in a recent Research Paper produced by the Institute of Economics at the Russian Academy of Science. Russia desperately needs to increase its GDP but in order to do this Russian Businesses need to EXPAND.
