I've accumulated quite a lot of scrap pieces of particleboard and I wanted to give them a second life by making them into rails for my french cleat tool wall in my basement workshop.
Since I do not own a table saw, I had to come up with a safe and easy way to cut the pieces and the rails at 45 degrees only by using a circular saw.
I had many options in plan, but I've settled for a very simple one and it worked perfectly so now I have some rails to start building my tool wall.
