I'm going to show you how to Brine and Smoke a Whole Turkey Breast while making sure it comes out incredibly Juicy. Smoked turkeys biggest down fall is usually that it comes out dry if it done correctly. After this video, the days of dry turkey won't be a concern of yours. I use the Rec Tec Pellet Grill in the video but you can use any grill you have as long as it maintains consistent temperature and some smoke. Lets get started.
