It's official, Mass Effect Legendary Edition can be modded to achieve romances for Female Shepard with Tali, Miranda, and Jack. I've just finished my Mass Effect 2 playthrough with a Miranda romance using the same method as the original trilogy.

Check out all the instances Miranda's romance is mentioned in this video proving it works.

You do get BroShep's voice every now and then, but you get the final romance scene as your femshep.
