Asking questions is part of "The Path for Others to Follow" and is one way we can all make Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) a personal responsibility. When we are unsure about a task, we stop and ask for clarification. If necessary, we'll pause rig operations to make sure everyone understands and is comfortable with the job. Savanna encourages all employees to speak up when they are unsure so that all tasks can be performed safely with minimum risk.
