A campaign to popularize the eating of fish in Othaya, Nyeri County ended in disarray when the participants scrambled for the introductory fish. Residents apparently took the 'eat more fish campaign' that was organized by the county government to popularize fish farming literary by preferring to eat rather than learn to breed the delicacy.
