How to use the Experimental Retrofit upgrade "Targeting Scrambler" in Star Wars Armada.

Please note, this upgrade can be used against ANY close range attack. Either from a ship or squadron.

Minor clarification: If a ship you force to reroll blue dice on has the Ion Cannon upgrade card "SW-7 Ion Batteries" equipped, which reads
"While attacking a ship, each of your unspent blue Icon Dice Accuracy icons adds 1 damage to the damage total."
It may still use the unspent blue accuracy icons to be turned into damage.

Currently this card has no errata nor any clarifications issued by FFG.
