This workout targets those calves that are sometimes oh so forgotten! Only about 5 minutes and a few different exercises - you do not need any equipment and there is no jumping. Repeat this workout for an even bigger burn, add it to the end of your workout for the day, or do it on its own and notice how your calves become stronger and leaner!!
