Sarah is back with another novel-sized letter for the judge, and complains that attorney #8 Patricia Cashman has a snotty attitude. Cashman has been with Boone since February of this year and argues to the court she has spent quite a bit of time with Boone and even gave her client her number so Boone could call collect anytime. Boone doesn't want a different attorney but wants Cashman to display a more "gentle attitude.
At this point Cashman is still with Boone and the judge set a trial case management date for September 24, 2024 and a trial start date for October 7. 2024.
