Last fall 1 RCR ran a Reconnaissance Patroller course in CFB Petawawa. Throughout the course candidates developed the ability to function in all the roles of a section level recce patrol. The final 9-Day exercise saw candidates inserted into a cast zone in the Ottawa River and ended with joint training with Peel Police K9 teams.
