This is a Chinese "K40" 40W laser cutter/engraver driven by an MKS SBASE v1.1, a Smoothieware compatible SmoothieBoard clone. Originally it was using it's proprietary "Moshiboard" and their proprietary software.

I used Inkscape with the TurnkeyTyranny's G-code exporter to convert the artwork:
