Ingredients:
1 cup roasted semolina
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp unsalted butter
few drops of food coloring (optional)
NOTE: When the mixture is done, immediately transfer onto a greased pan and spread evenly. While the mixture is still warm, cut into desired shapes before it hardens. Now let it cool and set completely.
