I periodically feed my red wiggler worm bin regular compost to help boost its ability to make natural fertilizer & soil amendments in the form of worm castings for this main reason...find out why in the video! Plus the worms love it!! In fact if you put your outside worm bins too close to a compost pile you just might see them migrate over.
I also find multiple huge worm balls in this outdoor worm bin after their last "clean out the freezer" feeding. Finally I revisit the red hydrangea flower to see how it is coming along and rev up another feeding zone for this hungry bin.
