Rebreather Forum 4 promises to push our knowledge of rebreather diving both the technology and physiology, light years ahead. I am heading to Malta!
I'm talking to Michael Menduno, the organizer and thought leader for rebreather forum 4, happening in Malta, 20-22 April 2023. I'm going to ask him about the history of RF4, the controversy over selecting Malta as the location, who's presenting and who should attend.
