I could not believe the service & hospitality at this London cafe. Service was so poor, awful. I felt I had to be honest. This is a business, so I could not believe how poor the standard of service was. Language barrier did not help one bit. After repeating myself time and time again, it makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. I'm sorry, but it is not acceptable.
