This video is Part 6 of our Kinnaur - Kalpa and Spiti valley tour. In this video we will cover Rakcham and Chitkul. We stayed at hotel Rupin River view at Rakcham. The hotel is located beside Baspa river which is the most beautiful river of Sangla valley. After beakfast, we started our journey from Rakcham to Chitkul. Chitkul is the last village of Sangla valley. There is HRTC bus service from Chitkul bus stand to Reckong Peo and Chandigarh. There are some hotels and tents for tourist at Chitkul. I have shown the Himalayan Tribe Camp at Chitkul in this video.
We spent some time at Baspa river at Chitkul. Then visited upto the first ITBP check post here. Then we took our lunch at Hindusthan ki Akheri Dhaba at Chitkul. During our return journey we faced heavy landslide. At the end of the video, there is an exclusive interview of Sri Naresh Jishtu, the owner of hotel Rupin River View at Rakcham.
