Here is a small snippit of training (9/4/2016) for my second weight lifting meet. I weighed in at 194lbs dressed, I could have done more reps on each set, but we weren't training to failure. My partner/trainer (Scott) is 69 years old, doesn't look it and doesn't act it. Broke his own world record in his class last meet.
