This is the third in a series of videos about Scott Roots 307 rebuild and performance upgrade. In This video I describe the short block and camshaft build. The flat tapped hydraulic cam that I used is a COMP 12-234-2, the grind is XE256H. The offset rear main seal used is FEL PRO BS11829-1, the vibration damper repair sleeve kit is FEL PRO 16202 and the .015" steel head gaskets are FEL PRO 1094. The 307 will be running on my test stand in the next video and the dyno test is scheduled for next week. I will make a video of both.
