STEP BY STEP GUIDE
How to download an attachment in Gmail to your computer or laptop
STEP 1
To download any attachment in Gmail the first thing we need to do is move our mouse to the attachment to highlight it.
Let’s move our mouse to the first of these, called download.
This option allows you to save the attachment directly to your laptop or computer hard drive.
STEP 2
If I click on that, you’ll see the file is automatically downloaded, and appears at the bottom of our web browser.
The file is actually added to your Downloads folder and you can find that by clicking on the small arrow next to the download detail and choosing to open the folder into which it was saved.
STEP 3
The file finder window opens to show the download folder and to open the video file I just need to double quick on that.
