You take on the strength of elements in nature. You are then transported outside of your body in order to observe any major resistance or attachment to what needs to be released and you then peacefully free up whatever is ending and leaving your life. Where you uncover any resistance to letting go, acknowledge the purpose of what you are releasing, and calmly let go of endings in your life.
