Stir-Fried Luffa Gourds is really simple ingredient and appetizing dinner recipe. Especially add fried on the top to make it more delicious!

▶ Ingredients :
● 1.0 kg Luffa gourd (Angle Luffa)
● 4 Chicken Eggs​ (Salt and Pepper Powder)
● 4 cloves, Garlic
● 2 tsp, Sugar
● 1/2 tsp, Salt
● 2 tsp, Soy Sauce
● 1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce

Method :
1. Heat the oil, add the garlic and fry until golden, about 1-2 minutes.
2. Add the luffa gourd fry until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Seasoning : sugar, salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Set aside.
4. Break the eggs in a bowl, whisk it, add salt and pepper.
5. Fry the egg until they are cooked, about 2 minutes.
6. Prepare dish : Stir-fried luffa gourd is on the bottom and fried eggs is on the top.
7. Enjoy your meal !!!!
