25g rice flour (2½ tbsp)
150g sweet potato (1 piece)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
160ml hot water

Filling:
200g mung beans (1cup)
120g sugar (1/2 cup+1½ tbsp)
50g thick coconut milk (4 tbsp)
3/4 tsp salt
