Hey guys and welcome back to Mad About Skin. Today we are talking Slugging which is the latest viral skincare trend to hit the world, who would benefit from slugging, how can it improve your skin and what are the best products to slug with.
Coming out of Korea Slugging is where you complete your skincare routine and after moisturizing you apply a thick layer of Vaseline or other occlusive over the top of your whole face to 'seal it in'. The resulting look is a slimy one which looks like a slug has slid across your whole face hence the name.
In this videos I want to talk about the benefits of slugging and how to slug correctly to help you get the most from your skincare routine.
