At the age of 70 I'm still going strong and defying age-related stereotypes.
My daily diet and workout routine is a testament to my discipline, focus, and commitment to health and fitness. My routine includes a balanced and nutritious diet that gives my body the necessary fuel to power through my workouts.
My workout routine incorporates a variety of exercises that target different parts of my body. In this video, I show some of my favorite workout moves for legs that can be easily incorporated into anyone's fitness routine.
If you are over 50, 60 and beyond and you feel that it's too late to start. I say to you, keep a positive attitude, stay strong and determined. It really is never too late to become the best version of yourself.
