HOW TO MAKE SIMPOL PORK SISIG

INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo pork belly (liempo)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chicken liver
2 red bird’s eye chilies (siling labuyo)
1 green finger chili (siling pangsigang)
1 1/2 tablespoons calamansi juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 white onion
black pepper
