The Duran Duran "ARENA" album was released on 12 November 1984. The Union of the snake was the 8th track, originally published in the "Seven and the ragged tiger" album (1983). Was released by EMI to cap off band's highly successful 1983-1984 "Sing blue silver" world tour.
