This class is a blend between vinyasa yoga and restorative yin yoga. We will warm-up with a flow holding each posture for 5-10 breaths. There is also a breath-to-movement sequence where each posture is only held for one breath. The second half of the class is restorative yin postures. Each restorative yin posture is held for 5-10 minutes. For this class you will need 2 blocks, 1 bolster and a blanket. This is a great class for when you are looking to balance active (yang) energy with restorative (yin) energy. Enjoy!!!
