Six months ago we met the inspiring Mickey and Amy Pascoe from @littleacremushrooms in Brisbane - the start of a creative collaboration that is proving to keep Stephen and Catherine busy with time-lapses of cultivated fungi species. Here is a compile of some time-lapses of Lion's Mane (or Coral Tooth Fungus) Hericium coralloides, a popular edible mushroom. Time-lapse took close to three weeks.
