Four restaurants in Vietnam received one-Michelin stars at the Michelin Guide ceremony on June 6, 2023. Three of them are located in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi, and another in southern Ho Chi Minh City. The stars were the first for eateries in the country, with a total of 103 selected for the prestigious list.
