The following video shows where is located the sorcery Hush and the Black Sorcerer armor Set in Dark Souls.
You will find both items in Sen's Fortress near the boulder path.
Hush reduces the sound made by you when walking. Enemies will therefore not detect you that easy (only by sight).
You can also obtain the spell Hush by killing the NPC Griggs of Vinheim.
As per the Black Sorcerer Set, this is the outfit of Vinheim Dragon School.
